House Clearance

House Clearance

Experts in fully managed house clearance services

Just tidying a room can sometimes feel like an impossible task, we understand how disconcerting the thought of clearing a house can be. This rarely happens in happy circumstances. It may be extremely difficult to focus on the task at hand or even know where to begin.

This is why we offer a fully managed, end-to-end house clearance service. You can get as involved as you wish, and we will do as much or as little of the hard work as you feel you need done.

What does house clearance involve?

The first step is the hardest. You will need to decide what you would like to keep and what you would like to do with any remaining items. We are happy to meet you at the property and help you with this process. Then we can:
Deliver the personal possessions you would like to keep to family and friends, or arrange for shipping if they are abroad
Identify items suitable for sale via an auction house, arrange the auctioneer to visit your property, and deliver items to the auction house
Identify items suitable for sale online and post them on the relevant sites
Move items into storage – short or long term
Donate items to your nominated charity or one or more of ours
Remove rubbish and recycle it in an environmentally friendly way
Arrange for the property to be cleaned
Prepare the property to be readyfor sale

When we say clear a house, we mean clear it

We can completely clear a house, this includes removal / disposal of carpets, cookers, curtains, clothes, washing machines, furniture, and general waste. We also clear lofts, cellars, sheds, conservatories, and garages, they all come under our house clearance service.

Our clearance team is fully trained, and government licenced to dispose of general waste.

Where We Work
